Businessmen and olive farmers “share” habitat in the Port of Cyclades. The customers reside in the sky plantation house like the gods, while the workers live in Parthenon containers to retain their late pride.
Under the Mediterranean sunlight, Greek olives are grown, harvested and squeezed into extra-virgin olive oil on site. As a wealth indicator, the liquid gold run though oil-clocks to regulate farmers’ productivity.
